Creation of Lamplight
We are part of the Lamplight Mission Area, which is a group of parishes stretching from Wentworth, through Elsecar and Hoyland up to Worsbrough. It was developed to offer mutual support and the sharing of resources between churches. The name Lamplight was chosen to reflect our shared mining heritage and to offer a light for the present and the future.
